ATLASSIAN CENTRAL — SYDNEY

Facade automation delivered at tower scale.

Across Atlassian Central’s stacked habitat zones, EBSA is delivering a facade automation package that brings together 4,757 D+H CDC actuators, 18 CPS-M control panels, 56 distribution boxes and approximately 42 kilometres of cabling. The system supports coordinated natural ventilation, smoke relief and building operation across a major commercial tower.

1 HOTEL MELBOURNE — MELBOURNE

A new louvre architecture developed around the project.

EBSA’s MP2 Opposed Opening Louvre system was developed specifically for the Seafarers project through a two-year collaboration process. Integrated across the hotel and residential components, the opposing-blade configuration was developed to maintain clear views while combining natural ventilation, weather protection and architectural expression within the facade.

NORTHERN BEACHES CHRISTIAN SCHOOL — SYDNEY

A multi-stage natural-ventilation and facade-automation system delivered as one coordinated solution.

Northern Beaches Christian School shows the complete EBSA system across three delivery stages: 51 MP2 framed double-glazed louvres, 266 Breezeway Power Louvres, 258 CDC actuators, 176 VCD drives, CPS-M controls with Modbus integration, touch-screen control, weather sensing, remote-maintenance gateways and interfaces with mechanical services. The result is one coordinated natural-ventilation and facade-automation system across the campus.

Schneider BT90 thermally broken double-glazed louvres and a digital CPS-M control system connect the operable facade with PHIVE’s BMCS and thermal-chimney ventilation strategy.

QPAC GLASSHOUSE THEATRE — BRISBANE

Systems: MP2 / Custom Glass Louvres / Architectural Facade

Three custom MP2 V50 frameless glass louvres, each 7,440 mm high and 1,428 mm wide, were engineered and manufactured for the Glasshouse Theatre’s complex glazed facade in collaboration with seele.
